Johnny同学你好，前半句话也是错的。原版书原文如下：VC firms seek revenue growth from new enterprise and technology; buyout firms focus more on EBIT or EBITDA growth by established companies.
VC公司注重新创公司的营收增长，而buyout是聚焦于成熟公司的EBIT和EBITDA增长。所以EBIT和EBITDA也是buyout所看重的，而不是VC
