这可以理解为将去年年中进行收购后所带来的收益增幅调至全年。现在我们要算明年一整年的NOI，那就是把去收购房屋后所进行的专业化管理和改造所带来的收益纳入明年的预测中，从而提升了明年的NOI，那也就是要加上。
