Johnny同学你好，hurdle rate不和distribution都不需要自己算的，都是题目给定的条件。分配的利润是个金额，而hurdle rate是一个百分比门槛，两者不能直接相比的。
Hurdle rate的定义如下：Hurdle rate is the internal rate of return that a private equity fund must achieve before the GP receives any carried interest。如果想获得carried interest，那么私募股权的IRR必须要高于hurdle rate。IRR是一个折现率，他能让所有现金流的折现值之和为0，所以hurdle rate是和IRR去相比
