roushan劳动参与率是会提升人均GDP增长率的，因为劳动参与率的提升并不是提升人口，而是将原先不准备工作的人口转变成劳动人口。就比如10个人中有5个人是属于劳动力，人均GDP就是这5个人的总产出平分给10人，而提升劳动参与率就意味着现在10人中有7人参与工作了，总人口没变，人均GDP就是7个人的总产出平分给10人，这样人均GDP就提高了。

y=Ak^α公式是labor productivity, Labor productivity measures the output produced by a unit of labor, dividing the output (GDP) by the labor input used to produce that output (y = Y/L).
