roushan虽然没有直接提到弹性这个字眼，但是通过以下这句话：
"Exchange rate changes will result in immediate adjustments in the prices of traded goods as well as in the demand for imports and exports. These changes will immediately correct the trade imbalance.”
可以看出是考虑到了价格变化和需求变化之间的关系的，也就是弹性关系。
