100天过二级notepayable也是current liability吧

开开同学你好，notespayable是属于CL的，但是在计算WCINV时，在current asset里面剔除现金，因为working capital指的是公司营运占用的资金，而现金资产是没有被占用的因此需要剔除。需要在current liability中剔除notes payable/ current portion of long term debt，因为这些付息的debt是financing items，而不是operating items。
