逢同学二级另类百题Case3第二题。课上明确说了不deduct incurable depreciation。这题为什么deduct了？强化基础都说的不deduct incurable。

Essie你好，不能看到incurable就不看后面了，这一条本质是physical depreciation cost，老房子一定是要按照房龄进行折旧的，对应你第二张截图中的physical deterioration: age of the property.
