我在网上也没有查到market scrutiny的标准定义，从字面来看，他应该是市场对于上市公司管理层的监督，简单来理解，就是市场参与者会关注管理层的行为，以至于管理层不敢做出过份的事情。（有人盯着管理层，管理层就不敢乱来）
