RL既然sales-growth-rate都用复利了，怎么SG&A/sales的average-ratio不用复利呢？

SG&A/net sales ratio是个比率
2020 SG&A/net sales ratio will be the same as the average ratio over the 2017–2019 time period.
这个表述是很明确的，就是求2017-2019年三年的算术平均值。
而net sales是总量，因为总量的变化是有累计效应的，例如sales2018=sales2017*(1+g)
sales2019=sales2018*(1+g)=sales2017*(1+g)^2
所以要用复利。
