主要还是要看题目怎么要求的，
因为文中特别说明：Using the past growth rate in dividends of 5.30% as his estimate of the future growth rate in dividends，因此要5.3%。
而有的题目会在文中明确说应该用过去X年的增长率，那么就应该计算过去多年的平均。
这些在题目中一般都会明确表述的哈。
