王同学请问最后一道题中是怎么判断lower than the return on Raffarin's common shares的呢？convertible bond应该是在stock price超过conversion price的时候才行权（债转股），但是题目里说stock price会上涨但是不超过conversion price，那么就说明convertible bond不会行权，之后该怎么判断是bond return高还是stock return高呢？

题目信息，Gillette believes that Raffarin’s share price will continue to increase towards the conversion price but not exceed it.
说明股价会上升，但不会超过conversion price，不会行权，仍然持有债券，这时候可转债的特性更符合债券特性，收益率相比股票收益率较低。
