开开同学你好，因为这里在算excess earnings的时候运用的是20X1年的预期数据
excess earnings = 35m-10m*8%-45m*12% =28.8m.
因为这个数据已经是20X1年的预期数据（当前时间为20X0年底），因此excess earnings无需再乘以（1+g）
然后Value of Intangible Assets = 28.8m/(20%-6%)=205.7m
