Essie你好，关于B选项，因为按照法律，共同基金必须要全部分配当年未实现收益。并不能选择分与不分。原版书上的原话是说，"In general, funds must distribute any capital gains realized during the year."，所以B中说may elect not to distribute是错误的，应该是must distribute。
