阿同学课后题老师说因为landing 已经买了，但我没看出来这题是在讲现金流相关的事情？就凭借“fixed capital investment”就知道这题考CF？如何看考什么这题？

这里的表述是5年前已经买了，所以土地是已经花钱买过的。

所以他研究的就是projects，而这一章就是在研究资本项目。
