沐同学这里是不是题目出错了，gross potential income 为什么就是 full occupied了，前一页ppt不是还full occupied +other income 才等于gross potnetial income吗

题目没错的，只是这里表格中第一行的表述确实容易造成误解，它实际想表达的意思就是full occupancy下的rental income，加上停车费parking income后，表格中的前两项才是PGI。
