两种会计准则都是需要判断减值的，
IFRS：（一步判断）检测cash generating unit
判断条件：subsidiary carrying amount > subsidiary recoverable amount，则goodwill将发生减值，减值金额为carrying amount与recoverable amount轧差，并在I/S表中确认轧差的金额为loss。

US GAAP：（两步判断）检测reporting unit，分为两个步骤
1）subsidiary carrying value > subsidiary FV（未来现金流折现之和），则goodwill将发生减值；
2）计算减值金额，减值的金额为goodwill的账面价值与现在再去收购这个公司所产生的goodwill值（implied fair value of the goodwill）轧差，其计算公式为：implied fair value of the goodwill =fair value of reporting unit - fair value of the identifiable net assets of the reporting unit，减值金额 = goodwill - implied fair value of the goodwill，并在I/S表中确认减值金额为loss。
