-老师，OPB的healthcare inflation rate未来会逐渐减少，直至达到ultimate healthcare trend rate，恒定不变。那么，更早达到ultimate healthcare trend rate的话，下降幅度不是更少吗？导致的负债和费用不是更高吗？还是说有固定（统一）的ultimate healthcare trend rate吗？

谢谢老师。我仍然不太理解。或者说ultimate healthcare trend rate是假设一样的，所以越早达到，最终下降趋同得越快（越早），导致更低的benefit obligation和cost。是这样理解吗？
