开开同学你好，A/P确实不是付息债务，这里讲的有些问题。但针对这题要用 asset-based approach算权益的价值，那么就是要用asset的价值减去所有liability的fair value。因此这题中A/P还是要减去的。
The asset-based approach values a private company based on the values of the underlying assets of the entity less the value of any related liabilities.
在asset-based approach的定义中，也是减去所有相关的liability，不是只有debt的。
