开开同学你好，现金流资本化法（Capitalized cash flow method）是在最后一章学的，是一阶段的自由现金流折现模型，属于income approach中的一种。
书上说，The CCM is only occasionally seen in the valuation of private companies—most often for the valuation of smaller private companies.这个模型适合于非上市的小公司。
