开开同学你好，用asset-based approach, value of ownership of an enterprise等于 fair value of its assets 减去 the fair value of its liabilities.
因此要用market value或fair value。但题目中说the additional assumption that other assets and liabilities on the balance sheet are assumed to be worth their stated values.也就是假设账面价值能体现这些资产和负债的价值，那么可以直接用账面价值。
