王同学Chin statement 2 WACC 不用用于value equity 我知道。但是题目题干中，不是让你value T 公司的公司估值吗？ 开头第一句话就说啦呀， Chin has asked his chief financial officer to prepare a valuation of thunder for the purpose of selling the company 呀。 所以WACC 为什么不能用呢？ 而且上一个题目，让你算FCF F，discount cash flow for FCFF ，不就是应该用WACC 吗？

开开同学你好，The weighted average cost of capital of the private investment partnership should be used to value Thunder.
private investment partnership是收购T公司的收购方，WACC可以用来给T估值，但是不是用收购方的WACC，而是要用T自己的WACC。
