我们计算出High的时候NPV是正数，Low的时候NPV是负数。
题目中给到信息The option to make the expansion investment depends on making the initial investment.If the initial investment is not made, the option to expand does not exist.因此Low的部分直接不计，结合17题计算出的-5.663来计算NPV。先折现一期，40.361×0.5/1.1=18.346。
再计算NPV=-5.663+18.346=12.683。
