carried interest是指GP可以计提的绩效。这里的意思当NAV before distribution大于comitted capital的时候，就可以计提绩效奖金了。不是distribution给LP的意思。
算是distribution waterfall中total return的一种。

多少有点误导的感觉，但这类的题都是基于这个案例来计算的，所以套路都是一样的。这个意思就是nav before distribution要超过committed capital就能计提绩效。
