开开同学你好，用不到的，因为文中有写一句:"The terminal value is based on an assumption that residual income per share will be constant from Year 3 into perpetuity." 这句话是说算TV的时候要根据RI从第三年开始就永续了这个假设来计算，因此RI4 =RI3了，不需要根据ROE去计算。
