 这两个概念是在R26讲到 的。
ROIC是return of invested capital。不是你说的total capital。
关于invested capital，我们的书上有注解，他的定义是
Invested capital in detail as cash and cash equivalents plus working capital requirement (operating assets minus operating liabilities, where operating assets reflect receivables, inventories, and prepaid expenses and operating liabilities include payables and accrued expenses) plus net fixed assets. There are many variations in practice in the definition of ROIC.

但书上也说了关于ROCE和ROIC的定义其实没有权威的定义，各家有各家的理解。
This presentation follows one line of analyst practice. But some authorities treat ROCE as identical to ROIC; see Hawawini and Viallet (2015). Similar to many financial ratios, there is no single “authoritative” definition.

这两个概念不会考定量的计算，因为书上没有给出公式，只会考定性的理解。
ROIC和ROCE都是没考虑杠杆的，所以可用于不同杠杆的公司进行比较。
但ROIC是税后的，ROCE是税前的，因此ROCE相对来说，可以用于比较 不同税率的国家的公司。
