罗同学请问Case13 第二题为什么不能对比ROE 和 require rate of ROE 呢？ 我记得成熟阶段 ROE 是等于Re的吧。

题干就是这么描述的，B决定X公司在2011到2015年盈利的成长率对比美国名义经济增长率来判断。所以您不能用ROE来算，不切题。
