在计算EVA时出现一个invested capital(EVA=NOPAT-WACC×invested capital),在计算MVA时出现了一个total capital(MVA=Firm value -total capital),在计算ROIC(Return on invested capital),也出现了一个invested capital。

4 Hawawini and Viallet (2011 p. 628) define invested capital in detail as cash and cash equivalents plus working capital requirement (operating assets minus operating liabilities, where operating assets reflect receivables, inventories, and prepaid expenses and operating liabilities include payables and accrued expenses) plus net fixed assets. There are many variations in practice in the definition of ROIC.
5 This presentation follows one line of analyst practice. But some authorities treat ROCE as identical to ROIC; see Hawawini and Viallet (2015). Similar to many financial ratios, there is no single “authoritative” definition.
