栾同学老师 讲义上第一条不是说 price cannot <0, so price has a lognormal distribution, but return could be negative, therefore return is normally distributed. 而这一点一级的时候也是这么说的，但这题B选项为什么要说 return is lognormal distribution 呢

这里有点特殊，收益是P1/P0这样的。P是log normal分布的，因此P1/P0也是log normal分布。
