1）interest coverage=EBIT/I，分母都是一样的都用average，分子在COGS不同，temporal method下，COGS用的是historical，更大，所以EBIT更小，所以temporal method下小。
2）LTD/capital，分子都一样，都是用current rate，分母在current rate method下都是current，所以小，而temporal method下会有historical rate，更大，所以在temporal method下分母更大，所以总体更小。
