LTD to capital=LTD/（LTD+equity）
1)temporal method下，所用的汇率是current/(current+mix)
2)current rate method下，所用的汇率是current/(current+current)
当LC贬值时，H>A>C，那么mix rate肯定大于current，所以在temporal method下，会更小。
