Woww72页说DC plan的benefit是not determined的，为什么71页上面的DC plan又说the contribution made by employer is fixed or predeterminable呢？

DC plan中的C是contribution，是指雇主定期给养老金资产池里的贡献是固定的。
benefit是指DB plan里面的，benefit指的是员工退休后拿的养老金是固定的。
