这句话是错在前半句， ETF AP 同时在一级和二级市场里套利，所以应该是：In order to eliminate the arbitrage gap, ETF authorized participants conduct trades both in the primary and secondary market.
后半句话没有问题，ETF AP 在一级市场create and redeem ETF.
