根据定义来看：The value of a stock investment that would give an investor a controlling position will generally reflect a control premium; that is, it will be higher than a valuation produced by a generic quantitative valuation expression that did not explicitly model such a premium.
是指购买的报价高于估值的价值的部分。而非市场价值。
