这个概念体现的是谨慎性原则。
当DB plan处于overfunded的时候，需要在两个数字里选一个低的，要么就是直接定一个资产顶（asset ceiling），要么是将来能够返还的资金的现值（也就是公司能够节约的钱），这两者取低。
