这道题目有一句话：the excess of the purchase price over the fair value of B net assets was attributable to licenses.这句话的意思是多出来的溢价就全部是用于买licenses。
如果是按照你的计算方式是把100%全部计算进去了，在equity method下，一般不同full，而用partial。
