excess earnings method称为EEM是非上市公司的risidual income 这种方法和上市公司里的RI只是名字很像，逻辑和原理完全不同。
在EEM中，Normalized earnings – WC earnings – F.A earnings = I.A earnings，而盈利是扣除了债务成本的，所以这个表述是对的。
