圆同学原版书课后题第353页第19题。 前边表格一的表头说了用小数形式表示，1=0.01%. 352页题干中，说的是小于0.5%，应该等于0.005，而不是0.5。 我对这道题目的运算与百分数的表示方式，表示不理解。

注意题干中说的，He also believes that for each 1 percent increase in pre-offer price adjustment, the initial return will increase by less than 0.5 percent。这句话说明，pre-offer price adjustment前的系数就是0.5。
假设自变量初始为x0，因变量y0。那么y0+0.5%=b0+b1（x0+1%），和初始方程y0=b0+b1（x0）相比，解b1的方程可得，b1=0.5。
