陈同学33题：一是第三章图片划红线的式子不懂，ri为什么要这么算，不能是ri=（roe-r)*b，另一个是第二张图片的式子也不懂。

1.我们可以计算的到1,2,3年RI分别为3.88,3.68,3.47
2.那么现在题目条件是Castovan forecasts that residual income per share will be constant into perpetuity, equal to Year 3 residual income per share
3.从哪年开始永续，我们就从哪年开始用永续公式，即第二年之后的RI和第三年RI相等。那么公式为3.47/0.087，计算得到39.885。
4. 第一年，第二年和第二年计算的终值，折现，计算得出40.44。加上B0=45.25,结果是85.69
