傅同学y the future pension pmts decrease if the compensation growth rate decreases? I assume he will receive a higher pmt after retirement if he works longer at this company, the future pension pmts is still increasing altho at a decreasing rate right?

如果工资增长率降低，那么累积到退休前的最终工资就降低，因为退休后支付养老金和最终工资有关，因此最终工资减少，退休后支付的养老金减少。
