13****90书本课后题Reading13第54页第24题，答案说没有goodwill, 但是此前我在思考时，investment in Boswell 为320，Net Asset为1070-490=580，580*50%=290，实际支付的320大于290,存在30的goodwill。请问这里面我是不是哪个概念理解错了？谢谢。因为后面27题也涉及到no goodwill的问题，所以很想弄明白。谢谢！

1.investment in Boswell 为320，Net Asset为1070-490=580。一直到这里，都是正确的。
2.下来是320/0.5=640,640-580=60。60是The excess of the purchase price over the fair value of Boswell’s net assets was attributable to previously unrecorded licenses.
3.60是无形资产许可证，上面的英文是题目中的原话。
