两个说的是一回事。 
In this case, the increase in the discount rate dominated and the interest component increased. The current service costs and the opening obligation both declined because of the increase in the discount rate.
是讲贴现率的提高占主导地位，利率部分增加。由于贴现率的提高，CSC和期初债务都有所下降。
这块提到的interest component 是利率部分，不是利息费用。是讲我们在计算interest cost时候PBO乘以discount rate的这部分。
