赵同学为何算pv14的时候，分子用RI15=1.608，而不是RI15=RI14*w=1.98*0.7呢？ 而算pv15的时候，分子用RI16=RI15*w呢？ 题目中的9%是指什么意思？

Under Scenario, expected ROE in 2015 is 26% but it is assumed that the firm’s ROE will slowly decline towards the cost of equity thereafter.
这里告诉我们，2015年之后，ri才趋向于roe。
所以ri2016=ri2015*w，但不能写ri2015=ri2014*w，注意case描述。
9%是ri的长期增长率。
