Bingo同学你好。merger如果是真的，那确实影响蛮大。这题不算是重大内幕消息在于，这两个CEO只是说有这么一个事情：有个公开订阅的杂志在YY两家公司的合并。

按理来说，如果真的要并购了，CEO肯定是知情的。
