一般我们认为h=t/2，t一般就是期间的个数。
1.从第一年开始到第九年结束，共8年，所以t=8，h=4；
2.2018 through 2021（growth rate），这里注意，现在是2017年，所以这里应该是2017到2021，t=4（2018，2019，2020，2021增速），h=2。
这里表述的确有点难理解，记住t就是期间的个数就行。做题时，一般用错了t，选项中是没有这个错误结果的。
