刘同学老师，Fixed income的 case5，第二题，default on company specific consideration. 这不是structural model的假设吗，这也不是company surprise啊。此外. Case 6 第三题，CDS并没有提对象。是TRTRS公司还是收购方。

问题二： CDS是从第三方购买的，一般都是投行之类。

对啊，所以我觉得companies specific不就是每个公司自己的debt和equity的情况吗，那不应该是Structure的假设吗

“For a given state of the economy, whether a company defaults depends only on company-specific considerations.“ 从这一整句话来说看不出来是company 自己的debt 和 equity的情况，反而前面说了state of the economy, 应该是外部的宏观情况导致公司default。
