同学你好，FCInv = CapEx – cash received from selling LT assets，在讲义中有。如果这一年出售过固定资产，那么cash received不为0；如果没有出售过固定资产，那么cash received为0。所以，有时会看见fcinv=capex（意味着没有出售过固定资产）。
至于你写的第一个公式capital expenditures=fcinv-ncc，这个公式是没有的。
至于老师上课写的fcinv-ncc，是因为这个case有一句话，net investments in fixed capital （net of depreciation）for the next  five years are given in the following table。也就是fcinv-ncc的增速是下表，所以这里写成fcinv-ncc只是题目限定，并不是说fcinv-ncc就是capital expenditures。这里注意区分。
