为什么用total asset* cost of debt是债务的支出，我理解应该用总债务×cost of debt呀？

同学你好，是的。
Debt charge = Total assets x Debt weighting x Pretax cost of debt x (1 - Tax rate)
= €4,000 million x 0.60 x 0.052(1 - 0.35)
= €81.1 million
