Sherry Xie同学你好, the min value of convertible bond是从Bondholder角度来看，持有这个convertible bond至少可以获得的价值，那么either是转成股票的conversion value , or 是不转股票的债券value, 所以是二选一，哪个大肯定就是投资者愿意以这种状态持有这个convertible bond.
