张同学老师，如图，官网上该题：我的理解是应该用EQUITY METHOD法，因为题干中说”Cupernico was considered to have control over AdOre because of its ownership interest and representation on AdOre’s board of directors.“，课堂上老师说这样的描述是equity method的一种文字表述方式，但是按照答案上看，应该用consolidation，辛苦讲解一下~
