Yes, there is a problem with this approach. Even if Telline modifies the IPS, using another client’s IPS as a reference—especially without explicit consent—could violate client confidentiality and ethical standards, such as those outlined in the CFA Institute´s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
